The BI Competition can use all methods of computational intelligence, including feed-forward and recurrent neural networks, radial basis function neural network, fuzzy predictors, evolutionary computation, decision & regression trees, support vector regression, hybrid forecasters, and ensemble learning approaches etc., which are used in forecasting, statistical prediction and time series analysis.
