Question 1: What's the requirement of the paper format?

Answer: Please click "paper submission" to download the IEEE template (Word, Latex).

Question 2: Does the conference accept papers in Chinese?

Answer: No, the conference only accepts papers in English.

Question 3: What's the page limits for submitted paper?

Answer: Normally we expect the submitted paper no more than 5 pages. If the paper exceeds 5 pages, the extra fee will be required.

Question 4: Can I submit the same paper to other journals or conferences?

Answer: No, you can't. If your paper was accepted by the Conference, the copyright of your paper must be transferred to IEEE.

Question 5: Will all accepted papers for OTMA 2009 be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP ?

Answer: Yes, the conference proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.

Question 6: What's the discount policy？

Answer:  Authors with two and more accepted papers and student authors will get some discounts.

Question 7: Could someone without papers attend the conference?

Answer: Yes, you are welcome to attend the conference. For the sake of convenience, you'd better pay the registration fee in advance.
