Overview

      The CSO2009 Conference will be held on the "Yuhai International Resort" Hotel, which is located in Sanya Bay, Sanya, Hainan, China.

Conference Venue

        The conference venue lies in the conference zone of hotel, which is near to the Chinese-Style Dining Hall and West-Style Dining Hall.

Hotel Room

     There are many hotels located close to the hotel. The Organizing Committee has, however, made special arrangements with the "Yuhai International Resort" Hotel. Together, these offer a range of accommodation at a range of prices. We have negotiated special conference rates with the hotel.
      Conference participants should contact the organizing committee to get the special price. If participants contact the hotel directly and the special price will not be provided by front desk of hotel. To benefit from our negotiated discounts, please contact with the conference desk when you arrive at hotel on April 23-26, 2009.

     Note that the special price will only be used during the conference, if conference participants arrive at hotel before April 23 and they will not get the special price. But if ten participants are arrived at hotel simultaneously, the special price could be used.

     Note that the special price include the room price and breakfast, but the governmental tax is not included. The conference hotel will charge USD$2/person per night for city construction and maintenance.

Hotel Location

      The hotel is near to the South Ocean of China, it is about 150 meters to ocean side. If you go there by airplane, it is about 12-15 kilometers to the Sanya Phoenix International Airport. If you go there by train, it is about 15-18 kilometers to the train station. The details of location are shown in the following maps:

       For the foreign guests, please print the Chinese version of "Please take me to Yuhai International Resort", i.e., "请送我到 三亚玉海国际度假酒店" because the English level is not high for local driver. When you arrive at Sanya, you can show this note to the taxi driver.
