Note:

1) The registration fee includes conference proceedings, gift, nine tickets for breakfast, lunch and supper (including one banquet) during the conference (three days), refreshment breaks, free entry for all sessions including all main tracks and workshops and one ticket for amusement activities.

2) The student registration only applies to students who can provide an official letter or other formal documentation confirming current full-time student status at registration desk. Furthermore, the student should be the first author/corresponding author of the paper.

3) If the same author has more than one paper accepted, he/she should register for each paper respectively in terms of the requirement of "Extra Paper Charge". If one author has several papers, he/she should be the first author/corresponding author for multiple papers. Furthermore, one author with multiple papers satisfied with the above condition, the first paper should be regular/student registration, the other papers should be paid by "extra paper charge". If it is the case, only one author can permit to attend the conference.

4) Accompanying Person is the conference participant without paper publication in the conference proceedings. The registration fee includes gift, nine tickets for breakfast, lunch and supper (including one banquet) during the conference (three days), refreshment breaks for three-day conference, free entry for all sessions including all main tracks and workshops and one ticket for amusement activities.

5) Extra page charge is the extra page fee that exceeds the standard page requirement.

6) All registration fee should be paid in US Dollar (USD) by bank remittance or bank transfer according to the registration form (Please download Registration Form). Please fill in the registration form and send the scanned copy to accs2009@gmail.com along with the a scanned official receipt for the payment.

7) The duration of late registration is Two weeks (January 2, 2009 -- January 15, 2009). After January 15, 2009, the conference do not accept any registration.
