Researchers and
practitioners are invited to submit proposals for Workshop or
Special Sessions on topics relating to Computational Sciences,
Applied Computing, Optimization Theory, Methods and Applications.
Proposals for
Workshops/Sessions:
Proposals for workshops/sessions should contain:
(1) Title of Workshops/Special Sessions
(2) Scope and Topics
(3) Profile of Session Organizer(s)
(4) Contact Info. (E-mail address and Phone Number)
Paper Submission and Review of Workshops/Sessions:
Workshop/Session organizers should collect, review and accept papers
for their workshops/sessions. Workshop/Session organizers should
allocate at least 2 reviewers to each paper. When the two reviews
are completed, Session Chair needs to make a decision, on the basis
of the review results, about whether the paper is accepted
without change, rejected, or accepted subject to specified
modifications. All accepted papers will be included in the main
conference proceedings by IEEE Computer Society, which will be cited
by EI and ISTP.
Financial Support for Workshop/Session Organizers:
If workshops/Sessions are constructed successfully and all authors
within the workshops/sessions paid their registration fees, the
organizer (ONLY ONE organizer per one workshop) will get:

One free registration quota if at
least 10 workshop papers is registered at the CSO2010 conference
-
One free registration quota and at most
four-night free accommodation during the conference if
at
least 20 workshop papers is registered at the CSO2010
conference.
Important
Deadlines:
Proposals for
workshop/special sessions: October 30, 2009.
Notification of workshop/session acceptance: November 5, 2009
Deadline for Submit accepted paper list to CSO2010: December 15,
2009
Note: Organizers of workshop/special session can
decide their own papers submission / notification deadline but the
final date of the camera-ready paper is not later than January 1,
2010.
